Business’ and services often ignore the fact that the first purpose of any organisation is to deliver value to their customers. Most of the time managing practices are the root cause of this oversight; do we need to re-evaluate the ‘carrot and stick’ method’s prevalent in our workforce?

Politicians approach services that are complex and varied as though they are simple machines which will respond to any pull of the lever. But what drives humans is more complicated than this.
