Nicole Ducker

Expertise: Social policy, community wellbeing, service delivery

Nicole is a Senior Policy Adviser working in the Wellbeing Government focus area at the Centre for Policy Development. She has a passion for social policy issues and a drive to contribute to an equitable and sustainable society.

With 13 years’ experience in the social services portfolio of the Australian Public Service, Nicole brings expertise on policy development, program management and service delivery, with a focus on improving the wellbeing of children, families and communities.

Nicole holds a Bachelor of Social Science (Hons) from the University of Newcastle, a Graduate Certificate of Policy and Applied Social Research from Macquarie University, and a Master of Politics and Policy from Deakin University.
