Esther is policy adviser for the Just Transition and Wellbeing Government focus areas at the Centre for Policy Development.

She is passionate about contributing to positive and high impact outcomes in this space, supporting the team and its projects, meaningfully connecting with people, and sharing ideas. 

Esther also recently completed her master’s degree in Public Policy with an interest in governance, the structural realities of policy making, as well as sustainability management across sectors. She also loves good food and company, playing music, conversations about what’s under the sun, and enjoys learning about different topics and industry fields.
